7 full days to immerse yourself in the ancient sites of Rome and enhance your understanding of the Bible, Church History and today’s Italian Evangelical Church.
Wednesday Brunch at IBEI. Lecture in city center and visits to Chiesa del Gesù, Campo de’ Fiori, and Jewish Ghetto. Thursday Lecture&Lunch on the go, with visits to Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel and Saint Peter’s Basilica. Dinner in Rome with stroll by Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Friday Morning Lecture and Afternoon visit to Catacombs, San Giovanni, Holy Steps and Castel Sant’Angelo. Saturday Departures. Service will be provided to Fiumicino International Airport. * tentative program subject to changes
Saturday Arrive in the morning at Fiumicino International Airport. Service will be provided to IBEI’s campus. Afternoon Orientation & introductory lecture with stroll in Castel Gandolfo and Frascati. Sunday Translated Sunday service in local Church. Afternoon lecture. Special dinner at IBEI. Monday Lecture&Lunch on the go, with visits of Ara Pacis, Pantheon, Largo Argentina, Capitol Hill with view of Forum. Dinner in Rome. Tuesday Lecture&Lunch on the go, with visits of Palatine Hill, Forum, Coliseum.

Logisitcs Hosting will be at the Italian Evangelical Bible Institute, a beautiful country manor on the outskirts of Rome (www.ibei.it/en/in_a_nutshell). Accommodations are simple, campus-like. The food will be authentic Italian, with Continental or American breakfast. There will be plenty of walking almost every day (3-5 miles) with use of public transportation, especially the metro. Bring comfortable walking shoes (sneakers better than flip-flops or sandals), hat, and sunscreen. Bring also long pants and shawls for entering some museums/churches.
Costs €899, including room and board, local transportation, lectures, and access to programmed museums. Participants need to purchase their own flight tickets.
Enrollment Enroll by March 31st, 2026. At registration, a downpayment of €200 must be made by wire transfer or PayPal. The downpayment will be reimbursed if we will not reach the minimum number of participants (see below).
